Weight lost since last week: -1.6lbs
Calories burned since last week: not sure... bad logging on my part
Nutrition goal met?? EH, still on my no pop kick though!!

How many miles did you travel this past week: 11-12

NEW GOALS for the week of 10/7 through 10/14:
Calorie burn goal: 5,000
Weight loss goal: 3lbs
Nutrition goal: under 1400 total consumed for most days, more water, No pop

Measurements: ( I haven't measured in a while so these probably aren't current)
Age: 21
Height: 5'2.5"
Chest: 33.5"
Waist 26.25" (-.75" total)
Hips: 39.5” (-1” total)
Thighs: 21” (-.5” total)

Friday: Nothing, neck and back are still bugging me
Saturday: nothing
Sunday: something fun outside… we’ll see…
Monday: elliptical, legs, abs
Tuesday: elliptical, arms, chest, abs
Wednesday: elliptical, back, abs
Thursday: elliptical, treadmill, 1 hour belly dance (regular…not horizontal ;) )

    I haven't been logging or working out the past week or so... bad bad, but I havn't gained!!

    Current Weight (10/7)): 165!!
    Weight lost since last week: 2.9 lbs :)
    Calories burned since last week: didn't work out and didn't log
    Nutrition goal met?? not really

    NEW GOALS for the week of 10/7 through 10/14:
    Calorie burn goal: anything more than I've been doing!!
    Weight loss goal: 2lbs
    Nutrition goal: more water, no pop except with rum because I have birthday parties coming up!!

    Not sure of my measurements, don't think they've changed though.

    ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT (for October 28th, the end of our challenge) 160 ( have changed from my original 150, for 2 more weeks 5 lbs is reasonable! Of course more if possible)

    Nutrition goal met?: Usually. But my hubby has been unemployed for several months until yesterday, so I didn't mind cheating for once. It's a joyous occasion, not an excuse! =p Today, I'm all serious business again.

    WEEKLY GOALS (10/10 - 10-17):
    Calorie Burn Goal: Burn more than I did this week.
    Weight Loss: I'm no prisoner to the scale, maaan! *pound chest rebelliously* Whatever I can lose while trying my best.
    Nutrition Goal: More water, no soda.

    I haven't measured. Ima get a measuring tape though!

    Ultimate goal: 165. That BMI chart is bogus. If I make it to 155, peachy. :)

    Howdy howdy! If you hadn't managed to catch it somewhere on my wall Mama Bear, I do have internet now. Sorry I couldn't post last week! But anyhow... here I am! :D

    Nutrition goal: Avoid the temptation of the soda in my fridge, more water, more VEGGIES (which means I need to go grocery shopping because we currently have ZILCH..or rather we have zero food worth putting into my body)

    Been doing really badly this week, I haven't weIghed myself cos I don't wanna see how much I've gained! Back to low carb today, just hoping it's not too late to meet my goals by the end of the challenge!! X
