My Shakeology has 15 grams of protein in it. I love to mix the Greenberry with a handful of frozen tropical fruit that I get from Costco.

In honor of autumn, I do:

    1/2 c. nonfat Chobani
    1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla Designer Whey protein
    1/2 c. milk or water
    handful of ice
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. honey

You can add 1/2 T. instant coffee if you want it to taste like a blended Pumpkin Spice frapp from starbucks :)

This is my favorite, but I tend to just use yogurt/protein as a base and add frozen fruit, or peanut butter. Or both.

This pumpkin smoothie is my favorite too!! I add "sun crystals" instead of honey.

1 scoop Strawberry protein powder, a banana, cup of skim milk, ice and water to suit your texture. Toss it in a blender.

    ~300 calories, 33g of protein.

I use 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder(Jay Robb - 110 cals, 25 grams protein, 1 carb, 0 sugar), 1 or 2 tbs nut butter, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. Then sometimes I add some cocoa powder to make it more chocolatey-I can't help it, I'm a chocoholic! Sometimes I throw in 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or a handful of baby spinach. I throw in some ice. With the addition of the cocoa, it tastes like a milkshake! I could seriously drink that every meal of the day and be happy. Don't think I'm not considering it!

  • I had a hard time with getting in protein shakes for a while because they were so thick! Finally got this one the way I want it and now I can't seem to waiver from it. I have it every morning! LOL But, I think I am going to have to give one of these pumpkin/autumn ones a try!

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use Body Fortress)
2 tbsp. of Torani sugar free caramel
1 half packet of Starbucks VIA iced coffee
    12 ounces of water
2 tbsp. of Internation Delights Skinny Caramel Machiatto

I just blend it and then pour it over ice. :-)

I use a blender bottle (best invention ever) and mix together:

1 Scoop EAS protein (chocolate flavor - got it at Target)
1 cup almond milk (vanilla unsweetened)
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1-2 tsp dark chocolate cocoa
