switchin my workouts up on weekends

So monday-friday its the elliptical and 30day shred- on saturdays and sundays its something different whatever that maybe as long as I burn 300-400 calories - Today my switch up routine was a long long walk but not strolling I had to pump to keep my heart rate up the entire time I even did a little jogging (not much since I hate running lol) but I burned 571 per my HRM-
Now what will my workout be tomorrow --
