Losing from top half of body???

Hiii everyone, I have been losing weight for over a year and my body now looks skinny on bottom half, larger on top (not meaning my boobs) my shoulders, stomach and love handles, how can I do cardio without losing any more weight from bottom half, seems impossible, be soo grateful If any of yous are in the same position as me :/

    I have similar issues....I started doing some weights to start toning and some Ab workouts.....

    You can't spot lose weight...it comes off the entire frame.

    That said, you are finely proportioned; I don't know what you are worried about.

  • Unfortuntely you can not target where you body takes off fat. I am in the same boat as you, losing in places I could care less about and staying the same where I would like to see it disappear. Maybe this is my body's punishment for not taking care of it for several years :)

    Total opposite, getting too bony up top, my boobs have all but vanished
    , but still wobbly down below, want to swap? What exercise do you do? I do zumba and swimming mainly plus a bit of weights.

    I work out every day without fail, exercises include; gym, treadmill, cross trainer, wave, weights, classes; body pump, circuits, bootcamp, I go swimming sometimes, I play football twice a week for two hours at a time, I also walk everywhere, I need something for my arms without toning legs :/ xcx
