Thanksgiving Cocktail Party

This year I want to shy away from the traditional big bird feast (especially since half of my invites are vegetarian anyway).

I was hoping to have a Thanksgiving cocktail party, but was looking for some tasty appetizer ideas, T-day themed. I plan on serving mini potato casseroles in ramekin cups, as well as slivers of pumpkin pie, but I'm pretty much fresh out of any other food ideas.

I'm really hoping to serve some festive alcoholic drinks as well, but so far my only idea involves Pumpkin Beer.


Does anyone have any suggestions?
