I just started the 6 week 6 pack video and was wondering if anyone else out there was doing it and what kind of results you are seeing?

ive ordered my copy and will be suing it nxt week, im doing a killer week of jillian workouts next week, look for the topic kill me jill! I am keen to see how u get on with it as i wont have mine prob til wed or thurs. :bigsmile:0

Any exercise works, but longer than six weeks to achieve a six pack. No one can get a sick-pack in six weeks, impossible, it takes much longer than that. To ahieve a 6-pack your bodyfat needs to be 14% or less for female.0

I'm still on the first week of this DVD. It's hard. Make sure to take some before pictures and half way pictures so you can see your progress. I learned that from her 30 Day Shred.

I started this today and its hard!! There is one move that I can't do that I found way to hard.
I did take some photos and will do measurements too. I don't believe that I'll have a 6pack by the time I'm done but I would like to see a good amount of this baby fat gone.
I'd really like to see if anyone else has had results either.0 -
