Calories in a burger from Tams

I had a burger from Tam's for lunch, but I have no idea how to log it in! I have searched the web, and I cannot find anything. Does anyone know how many calorie does a burger have from Tam's or any other charbroiled burger place?

Plain, you're looking at roughly 600 calories, assuming it's a 5 oz. burger.

I have no idea about Tam's in particular, but that should be a good estimate.

With so many locations and being in California, I'm surprised they don't publicize the nutrition information, but that's the best I could find in the 5 minutes that I spent looking ...
