Food for the day....

So what has everyone eaten on this freezing day? (For those of us who have to suffer with the cold & snow!)

I had a re-certification class for my ACLS, so I woke up at 6 and.... drum roll please ( I usually dont rise b/c of my schedule until 930!)

7 am: 1 cup coffee with 2 splenda and fat free vanilla creamer
2 pieces of pepperidge farms light wheat bread
2 tablespoons of weight watchers cream cheese
1 banana
10 am: 3/4 cup kashi heart to heart cereal
1/4 cup almonds
12 pm: Yoplait light raspberry yogurt
1 weight watchers string cheese
1 cup grapes
3 pm: 1 granny smith apple
Special K 90 Calorie Bar

And I have 530 calories left to eat my yummy basil and prosciutto lasagna Im making tonight for the man! Plus a yummie skinny cow ice cream. :love: :flowerforyou: :drinker:

    So far I've had..

    bfast-1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup of Good Friends Cereal
    1/2 cup soy milk

    lunch (at 4:00!) can of healthy choice chicken noodle

    Gym-burned 620 on treadmill and elliptical

    now I have 1420 left to to eat (and drink:drinker: ) at an engagement party I am going to tonight...gonna watch it though. I've FINALLY broken the plateau...I'm a size 8! 6-7 more pounds to go!
