I started eating right on Jan 5, 2009. I used to eat so much junk! Now everytime I eat something unhealthy (i.e. the popcorn and chocolate at the circus today, cake at a party last week, and one night a bowl of cereal right before bed) I get a horribly upset stomach and then spend hours in the bathroom "paying for my slip up". I like the deterrant to stay awy from bad stuff.....but has anyone else had this? it seems weird

Yeah same thing happened to me, I was doing really good for about a month and then I gave in had a 44 ounce of soda and ate big portions of barbecue brisket and sausage with the fixings. I spent the whole day running back and forth to the bathroom and that was at work!

Same here. There are restaurants that I use to love to eat at. Now, no thank you.
I can eat popcorn at home and put butter on it. But that movie theatre stuff, yuck! My DD gets sick from it too.
But isn't it good to know our bodies are becoming healthier! and like you said, it's a good way to keep us away from the junk.

oh please---I wish I could get a reaction like that to scare me away from delicious food---will power is a hard one for me--knowing I would get physically ILL from eating a family size CAdbury chocolate bar would be a great deterrent. ROTF
    I wonder why it happens???
