Git `er done!

I am no stranger to weight loss and exercise.

This year I completed a few workout challenges with some friends - 30 workouts in 30 days, 100 workouts in 100 days.

However, since August I have become a total slug and haven`t done much exercise or paid attention to my food. I`ve also been put on blood pressure pills and I don`t like the way they make me feel. I know dropping 15 or 20 lbs will get me off those darn pills.

So it`s a new day and time to Git `er done!!:smile:
