so, today being Friday i had almost convinced myself that since i have had a crazy week, been right on track with my eating right, getting enough water and exercising every day that i deserved to have Krystal Wings and Fries, with a Krystal Freeze for dinner....

i almost out the door when i decided that why am i going to pretty much consume 2000 calories just for dinner and well, be way over my calorie count for the day...

so, i put the keys back on the hook...looked in my freezer, found some marinated chicken wings and cut up a sweet potato to make my own fries...now dinner is in the oven and ill be saving myself about 1600calories...
