My butt curve is disappearing and I think its from running. On the treadmill. my hips are still wide, but i miss my fat *kitten*.
the thing with running on the treadmill is that it is known to not work the *kitten*, unlike running on the road. When running outside, you have to use your glutes to propel you forward, whereas, the treadmill pushes your legs back. Many people advocate incorporating squats into your training if you focus mainly on treadmill work.0 -

check out my blog post with progress pictures. I still have curves.
It completely depends on your body type. Lifting heavy just enhances whatever you've got.0 -
No one can tell you what will happen... But I suspect you came to MFP for a reason, so give it a whirl;)0

Sorry, but rolls are not curves. You either have a curvy body shape or you don't. If you prefer to stay overweight, then stay overweight.0

I've had an hourglass shape at every weight I've been. If that's how your body is, you won't lose it.0

I can be 190 or 145 and still have the same proportions, they are just smaller numbers. If you are curvy now, you'll be curvy at goal.0

I knew a gal, who had such a bootylicious rump..... then she lost weight and her rear end was as flat as a pancake. Lunges, squates etc... Just work that booty and you should be okay.0

That's not very nice. She is not talking about fat rolls. She is referring to curves like the ones on a nice set of hips. Having a good rear end does not mean someone is fat.0
