skin issues since I started exercising

I have eczema but it has been under control and got better when I started eating right. But, then I started the gym and ever since I have this horrible rash on my arms and back. It's like my skin is bubbling? it's gross and I am embarassed by it. Has anyone had skin issues when they started working out or is this just me?

I've had eczema my whole life and sweat can cause me to have flare ups :-( not sure what you can do about it though. Hopefully someone else knows what to do besides just using your cream on the rash.0

Haven't had those exact issues, but I noticed the first month or so after I started exercising consistently, I started getting acne on my face, which is something I've never had an issue with before. I'd occasionally get 1 pimple on my face every 5 or 6 months, that's about it. then I started getting multiple ones all over my face and neck constantly. After talking with a few people here on this site and my own research, I believe the acne was from sweating. I started using some of those Clean & Clear facial wipes and they worked great--haven't had an issue with the acne since.
I'm not sure exactly what eczema is, but I have mild psoriasis, and I know change in weather especially irritates my skin, but this year, it hasn't really affected it that much. I'm wondering if the healthier eating and exercise is helping?0 -

oh girl I feel for you! A couple of weeks ago I broke out with something and my dermatologist says it's guttate psoriasis. It makes me feel really self-conscious. I almost wonder if some new item of food is causing it, since I changed my eating habits when I started on here.0
