Do you know where I can get some healthy eating plans that is easy, and friendly on the wallet? Im not very good at cooking, and seem to use this as an excuse to go out and eat instead of cooking at home! We only have a household of 2, so it needs to be something I can make in small quantities or something that is good for leftovers.:happy:

There are lots of great recipes on here. Under Community. I like making things in the crockpot and having enough for leftovers. You can freeze extra too.0

weighitup.com - free to sign up and you can look through what must be like 40wks of eating plans by now - they put up a new one each week - and it has all the recipes you need and a shopping list beautifully set out lots of variety so you could certainly repeat things you like and skip stuff you dont etc...0
