Hi All ~

I am new to MFP and excited about making the necessary changes to be healthy and happy! I need help staying motivated and would appreciate some gentle nudging and support. I am a Colorado native and love living here. I am married to a wonderful man and have one grown daughter, three dogs and love my family immensly! Over the years I have focused on raising my daughter, taking care of the family and my career, but never myself. I made a decision early this year to remove the toxicity from my life and have made great progress; now it is time to do something about my chubb! I am excited to start this journey and look forward to making some new friends on this site! :flowerforyou:

    Best of luck to you on your journey!!! I am sure that MFP will help you a lot since it is easy to use and shows so well where the extra calories comes that keep our weigh up. I have been here only one week now and already notice that when I put my food intakes and exercises immediately here, I make better choices; if there's not much calories to consume, I might skip a snack that I would like to have but I don't really need. You know these situations when you are not at all hungry but your tastebuds are graving something... ;-)
