Yo-yo dieter changing her ways!

Hi everyone,

My name's Lucy and I started MFP last week; I'm loving it so far! I've lost and gained weight so many times in the past, but I'm giving it another shot and hoping that this time things will be different. I'm trying to focus on upping my exercise, eating clean and not worrying too much about the number on the scales, as that's been my downfall in the past (e.g. "I've gained half a kilo? Might as well go and eat a packet of biscuits..." - logical!).

    I started last week too! I've had the MyFitnessPal app on my phone for months, I tried it before but got distracted! This time I'm so determined not to yoyo! Good luck Lucy =] x
