How much is a bunch and do you normally eat healthier? I have seen you post that you get a lot of your calories from a juice drink- is this still true?

how many slices? are you sure you stayed within your limit? Pizza is generally high in calories
I think too its not just about caloric intake its what type of calories your putting in you, like comparing the same caloric intake as a slice of pizza to a Grilled chicken breast with steamed veggies
which one sounds better? even though Pizza is my fav food is it good for us? I think its a matter of changing our mindset of food as fuel not a pleasure type of thing
oh btw Im preaching to the choir^ i didnt get to be 335 lbs by eating health food :P
but I think you should be fine as long as you feel you calculated correctly0 -

2 pieces is not a bunch. We are going to eat not as healthy choices along the way it just has to be the treat not the norm to get to a goal of being healthy.

What kind of pizza makes a difference too. Thin and crispy with veggies as toppings is way different from meat lovers.

Hey! I like you! Did you introduce yourself in the newbie forum and I missed it? If so, hi.
And as for pizza - one day won't kill you, as long as most of your life is spent eating healthy and balanced meals.0 -
Yeah it's fine. A meat lover's thin is like 1200-1400 for half the pizza. I've done it before and have been losing steadily.0

well, i had 4 pieces but at pizza hut they make them pretty small. i recorded the pizza as 1000 calories but i did not go over my limit because i had a lot of exercise calories. i actually still have 200 calories left!
ya, i am the one that drinks the smoothies, i just love them!0 -
oh i forgot to add that the pizza was veggie0

Mmmm sounds good to me! We have to splurge every once in a while! I was craving it last week only I wanted greasy pepperoni. I got a Lean Cuisine BBQ Chicken one the other day I am saving it for when the pizza craving comes back.

I had a bar b q chicken and bacon thin crust... 3 slices it was listed as 870 calories. that sounded accurate since it was thin crust0
-
i never even thought about getting the thin crust but i should of because the calorie counter says 1000 for 4 pieces of the pan pizza but under 500 for the same amount just with the thin crest! i will remember that for the next time though.0
