In January 2010 i had spent over ten years smoking, and eating everything and anything i wanted!

    you look great. really amazing job. i went through the same transformation, from almost emaciated thin to 270 plus pounds. so i hope i can follow your example on the way back down too lol

    Thanks for all the kind words everyone!

    One of the things that worried me when i started this was saggy skin, but i think ive been blessed with super stretchy skin! And helped by drinking loads of water i think.
