Free Workouts On Exercise TV

Exercise TV has a lot of good free workouts. They sell their workouts too. You can either download them to your computer or buy to play on your dvd player. Some of their workouts, you can find at the Dollar Tree. I have found a lot of them there. Amazon even sell some. The 30 minute workouts on Amazon are the ones that can be found at the Dollar Tree, if they still carry them.
