Hi! I'm a 29-year-old nanny trying to get in shape before I settle down and have some kiddos of my own. My real motivation for all of this is to be at a healthy weight going into pregnancy as that helps mitigate a lot of health problems people experience while pregnant. Also, I'd like to feel hot in a bathing suit again!

I set my goal as 135 but I'm not sure I want to go that low, I'll see how I feel/look at 140 and decide then. Weight isn't really what I care about as much as fat/muscle ratio and size - I'd like to be a size 6 again I think, or at least an 8. I wish there was a size goal here in addition to weight!
