Should I eat three meals and two snacks even if I am not hun

Absolutely YES! The Zone is all about the hormonal responses to food. Think of food as a drug. Your body needs to process this "drug" in a particular way in order for you to attain your weight loss goals. Not being hungry is a great indicator that you are losing body fat and getting into "the Zone". Another important rule is to always eat breakfast within an hour of waking.

    I'm not sure but one thing that I've noticed with my weight loss is when I was eating 5 times per day I actually would not lose or gain anything with the morning snack included. I started seeing results once the morning snack was removed. I'm an avid Biggest loser watcher and have the wii game at home and they recommend 3 meals and a snack in the afternoon. I think its really what works for the individual. I think the important thing is eating regularly so your body doesn't get thrown off. Friend me if you'd like.
