ex. Grits vs fried eggs

    ooooooh, grits. Winter is coming and it's time to get some grits in this house!

    Grits usually hold me over longer, but the combo is best - protein and a grain.

    I can only get good hold over when I eat a combination of carb, protein, and a little bit of fat. And anything sugar - including fruit - makes me hungrier.
