Hi I am Jennifer new to my fitness pal. I have gained 50 pounds since last December, and am wanting badly to get them off. I started going to the gym 4 days a week on the eliptical...I eat a lot of junk food is my problem and I need to cut down on that, I like this food diary how it shows all the calories I consume, pretty cool.
