Okay! I hope everyone's doing well! Here's what I have so far:

Sorry I lost 10 can't remember what I put down it's been one of those weeks at work and I'm brain dead. LOL!

Oh geez gonna have to renew mine I am only 1 pound away from my original Valentine's goal since I didn't expect to lose that much the first week. Can I change mine to 375? Thanks!!!:drinker:

Thanks!!! still can't believe I lost that much eating 2400 calories. That is close to 600 more than I was eating before MFP. And that is before exercise calories geez!:happy:

Sorry, I am a day late... I am 154 this morning, so I lost 6 lbs... so I may actually want to bump my goal a little, since I am only 4 pounds away now. However, I expect to see a decline in the speed at which I am losing, so I'll only bump it 5 lbs. My new Valentine's Day weight goal is 145 instead of 150.0

we can do it this week, remember lots of water and exercise 3-5 times!
i am doing well with my water, i usually use my elliptical for 30mins, but am waiting on a dvd that i ordered with exercises, so cant wait to get stuck into that! lol :drinker:0 -

And don't worry guys I am eating myself silly, the 10 was as a result of eating my 2400 a day or very close to it for that week. That was really hard to do! :noway: It was also my first week on MFP. This week I am down to 2340, sheesh gonna have to keep losing so I can get rid of some of these calories that's hard to eat in healthy foods!:noway:

havent lost a pound this week but Im down 1 1/2 inches on my waist... so its all good.0

I weighed myself this evening and am at 155~ up quite a few pounds since xmas- i wasn't able to weigh myself, but i expected this. so i am hoping for 150 by valentines then i will only be a few pounds from my lowest weight during this adventure and hopefully will then go under that!!0

omg i think i might be late for this challenge but i think i go ahead and try it anyways... even though i be alone on valentines.. :frown: lol if i meet this challenge i might just have to reward myself with something extra nice... ok so here is my goal
right now I am 165 I want to be 155 thats a 10 pound difference. in 3 weeks. I think I can do it. Its a reasonable goal I believe... :bigsmile:0 -

Week 1 = 205.3 (-.5)
Week 2 = 202.1 (-3.2)
Total lost = 3.7 yay!
Total Goal = 6
For once, I may actually hit a goal! I hope this is the first of many.0 -
