off the wagon

so i fell off the wagon and i need to get back in the grove of things. i want to start my working out again and maybe adding advocare into my daily regimen. any comments on this.

    I did a quick google search of advocare and the second link that comes up is about people who lost huge amounts of money with it. Wikipedia also talks about the products being tainted, so I'd be pretty skeptical.


    Working out and eating right sounds like a good plan though,

    I did the same see this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/358907-success-story-gone-wrong and have gotten back to eating healthy and lots of water. As of this morning got below 270 but it still is a far cry for the 255 I was back in March. Setting up meal plans is what works best for me. I don't usually count calories as long as I know what is going in is healthy. Although using the food tracker on here keeps me generally focused.
