I'm probably posting this more for myself than anything. I'm almost halfway to my goal and I'm just stuck here. I gain and lose the same 2-3 lbs over and over. It's frustrating, but I'm trying to appreciate how far I've come.

    Beautiful! I totally understand the plateau issue! It took me 3 or 4 weeks (the month of September) to drop 1 pound.

    Keep on keeping on!

    You are an inspiration to me. I cant wait until I can hit that 30 pound goal as I have lost 25 but have 35 to go.
