So, when I listed my goals and decided what I would do to loose weight (IE. exercise and diet) I entered that I would work out 4 days a week for 60 minutes each time. But I seem to not be meeting my time goal because it doesn't take into account weight training into my time. I typically do the eliptical for 30 and free weights for 30. Is there someway to account for this?
