Just starting out and want to say Hi!

Hey everyone,
I've decided to lose weight and keep it off this time and am looking for some motivation and support from this site.
A little about me - I'm 5ft2" (and a bit, which is all important at my height lol), and currently weighing 180lbs (about 13st), and wearing a size 16 on bottom and a 14 on top. I am aiming for 10 to 10 and a half stone (size 12) as I feel this is the best weight that suits my frame. I've had 2 beautiful children, a 3 yr old son and 9mth old baby girl, and the weight I'm trying to lose is left over baby weight from my most recent pregnancy. I put on a huge amount whilst carrying little one (can't say exactly how much as I avoided the scales for most of my pregnancy), but I can say I was 9st5lb when I fell pregnant, I've lost a little bit and I'm now motivated to succeed in losing the rest.
I've started a healthy eating regime (strictly healthy foods) as the fad diets simply don't work for me. I want to look great for visiting family at Xmas (ideally 1 - 1.5st loss would be fab), and I have a wedding I'm attending in April that I need to fit into a "small" size 12 bridesmaid dress. I'm also trying to up my exercise levels though I'm recovering from an op atm and can't really do much more than brisk walking for the next few weeks.
If anyone would like to add me as a friend then feel free. I am happy to support eachother and be there on good and bad days!
