I'm Rick... 39 years old, 5'7 and currently 201.5 lbs. I have been losing weight since January when I started using another weight loss app and website. I had heard good things about this site so I decided to try. I started in January at 245 lbs. I'd love any support I can get, so feel free to add me.

hello and welcome. i'm from staten island. my sister lives in merrick, a friend is in east northport and another friend is in rocky point. u could do this. just take it one day at a time
