I have a Play Station Move and I have been using the Sports Champions game for exercise, but I'm not sure how to track how many calories I'm burning by using it. Since I play the Gladiator game, I've been reporting it as fencing, but I'm sure there is a lot more exercise involved with this game than fencing. Also, I don't own a HRM, so that makes it more complicated. Could anybody tell me what I could report this under for my exercise or how to calculate how many calories I'm burning? Thanks guys!!

I have this game also. It burns a lot of calories too. But best way is with heart rate monitor. You could log time under wii fit for now and should be comprable. I havent played it since i got my HRM, but now I am curious. I will try it out tomorrow and get back to you. Add me if you like and I can tell you amount. It is a great game!!

Just FYI, other ps3 games that are great for exercise are THE FIGHT and FIT in 6.

Just put that on my Amazon wish list along with a Zumba game and the UFC Personal trainer game!
