Garlic Green Beans

1 lg. can Allen's green beans
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped or minced garlic
1 T. butter
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 t. grated Parmesan cheese
Heat green beans (+ juice) in the microwave til hot
1. Preheat large saute pan on medium high 2-3 minutes. Place butter in pan, then add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until onions begin to soften.
2. Drain beans; add to onions with salt and pepper. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until onions are soft. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve.
Calories per 1/4 recipe = 80
