I fell off the wagon! I left for about 6 months and now I'm back and ready to be active again. I don't remember if I introduced myself the last time, so I'm re-introducing myself this time...
I decided I couldn't play around with being this fat anymore when I was recently sent to the ER from school where we were doing vitals. I think my blood pressure was somewhere around 178/80. That's scary being only 32 years old... Not to mention the fact that all my clothes stopped fitting and I darn near had a heart attack when I saw the size of the jeans that did fit comfortably.
I'm not unrealistic in thinking I'm going to ever be "thin" because I've always been fat, but I do want to get to a healthy weight and I need all the support I can get! Feel free to add me.

I understand that. I started here and then just gave up very quickly. I came back on here after about 6 months and have lost some weight. This really keeps me accountable.
