Cardio! Cardio! Cardio!

I'm so gonna increase my cardio this coming week. BELLY FAT be gone! BELLY FAT no more! I took a challenge to lose 15 pounds by New Year's Day and that is what will happen! Cardio will be added to my weight lifting routine! Most of the women on my friend's list totally school me in the cardio department! Now comes the time where this fat *kitten* gets up and actually gets in shape instead of trying to just LOOK in shape! Cardio! Cardio! Cardio! :)

    I don't know of any female that couldn't out due me on cardio, they're cardio masters, lol.

    Probably true, but most of us women need more strength training in our routines!! Good luck with the cardio this week! :)

    Physically women are Better at cardio then men, which is why when they take Fitness evaluations, they should have lower heart rates for doing the same duration as a male and at the same intensity. So don't feel bad. At least we don't have to worry about every 28 days.
  • I applaude you for bieng so motivated! I also want to lose my belly fat. Whatever you do always be focused on what you want and get it done.

    I'll take the higher heat rate, and much bigger calorie burn :-) along with that whole 28 days thing lol

    Couch to 5k. DOOO EEEET! More people stick with that cardio than anything else I've seen!

  • I am so on the same page cuz i have a goal to lose 20 lbs by New Years Day! I did about an hour of cardio today! It felt great!
  • Solid...time to man up and run!

    Besides, leg and core muscles are a lot more useful than huge arms (unless your lifting stuff on a regular basis as part of your livelihood)

    I do cardio 4-5 times a week. Only a handful of guys do cardio in the gym I go to, oddly enough, it's us guys who do cardio that have slim waists and the large majority of the guys who do nothing but weights have pot bellies. I know it all comes down to calories in vs calories out, but IMO, the heart is the most important thing to train.
