Hey all,
I am not new, but I am looking for some new friends to help me conquer weighing myself every day.

I know I need to cut it back to only once a week, but it's hard...

  • Wow! You are brave. I was weighing myself everyday too! And I am supposed to weigh myself everyday now, but my mood would go south so quickly that I HAD to limit myself to once a week. With that in mind, everybody is different and if everyday works for you then go for it :)

    I also weigh myself every day, just can't kick the habit, but I only record it on Fridays.

    I usually weigh 2-3 times a week. I shoot for my official weigh in on Monday, but I like to check up on myself on Thursday and sometimes I check again on Saturday evening.

    I just try not to think about the scale. I think about what I'm eating and if I'm under on calories and I've been doing my workouts, I just have faith in the math. I also try to keep track of my sodium intake so I'm not surprised when water weight hits my numbers.

    I weigh everyday, but have learned it is normal for my body to go up or down 3 or 4 pounds on any given day. That used to freak me out. One day it is time to celebrate, the next mourn. LOL
