Good Morning Everyone!

3.5 miles for me again today and some core!

The weather has been beautiful here so I am off for a bike ride with the kids!

    I ran for 25 minutes and then I hopped on my bike for 30 minutes........now I'm going to lay by the pool!

    I am sitting in my living room jealous that you guys have nice enough weather to go running and bike riding!

    It's been in the single digits here the past few days (I think we hit 19 today though, WOO HOO! :laugh: )

    I haven't been out on my "real" bike since October or out for a jog or walk in 10 days! :angry:

    Ran 10 miles! It's about 82 degrees here, I would NOT survive in cold weather! :happy:
