Hello all!
It is the school holidays in NZ for the next 2 weeks.
I would like to continue to exercise whilst i have four children home with me!
Exercise helps me remain sane... although, possibly exercising WITH the kids - i may go mad too!!

Tomorrow I hope to take the kids to the park, them on their bikes, me walking behind.
When we are at the park I plan on doing a circuit of squats, lunges, press ups, sit ups, dips etc...

Anyone else have kids home with them for the hols?

Cheers all.

Feel free to add me to ya friends list if you would like

Have a look at geocaching. It's like treasure hunting, kids seem to love it. All you need is a gadget with a GPS - phone or hand held GPS.

I just discovered that lots of people have downloaded sample Zumba routines on you tube. It looks like a blast and I'm sure the kids would love to try to do it, too. They are roughly ten minutes long apiece. Maybe try a couple of them a day and have the kids jump around with you. Great way to tire them out for a nap, to.
