hair, skin, nails vitamin

has anyone ever tried the hair, skin, nails vitamins from gnc? any differences? my hair's been shedding.. part of me thinks its because of this change in diet so maybe a vitamin will help?

    I'm taking it, just another brand. My nails are stronger, I seem to be shedding a little less, and I haven't noticed a change in my skin. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks.
