looking for a certain type of MFP friend

I am looking for an MFP Friend who will be able to hold me accountable and help me stay on track of my fitness and eating healthy goals. I try to eat whole grains fruits veggies low fat diary and high protein diet my goal are to become toned I also leave for the Navy this Jan. Workouts I am doing are P90X and C25K I really need to improve my strength training since it will help me out alot in basic training Weight loss is not biggest focus right now since I know thru eating healthy and workingout that will come naturally. A lil bit about my self I also work 7 days a week I have too small dogs and enjoy reading. I am currently 5'4 and 148lbs I wouldnt mind dropping another 10lbs

In return I will do the same for you I will Cheer you on when you are doing great and will remind you when you could have done better just let me know what your fitness goals are since I understand every ones idea of how to get healthy and fit are not the same but if your goals are similar as mine that would be awsome
