Healthy Slow cooker cookbook

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a slow cooker cookbook. I'm wanting good recipes (obviously), but I also want healthy recipes. I found one that was slow cook recipes from the south. A lot of my childhood comfort food was in there, but that type of food is one reason that I'm in the situation I'm in now - also the fact that fried foods is a very dominant food group in the south. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
