Hey Yall,
I'm new to the site...about three weeks in and this is my first post.
I'm 46, male and needed to lose about 40 lbs. I have really been watching my foods and intake and this site REALLY helps me to do that because I can look at what I'm eating and keep up with my cardio and weight training.
I have already lost a solid 15 lbs and have more wind and energy. I wish Yall the very best of results and health.

I am 2 wks into this strick program as the 1st few weeks on the site I just recored my usual meals, what a shock! It really helps to log your food and plan your meals. Contrats to losing 15!!!!0

I like the fact I can see what I'm eating on this site too. I was WAY WAY overdoing it and didin't even notice it until one day I couldn't tie my shoes. LOL.
