Does it really work for your arms? Combined with other exercise programs also not just this alone.

If Target sells it, don't buy it. That's the rule of thumb.

My coworker got one as a gag gift. it's. Um. Kinda sexual.
I thought it had a motor but it doesn't. You have to shake it yourself. Seems worthless to me. I wouldn't be able to use it without giggling.

Seems like a gimmick to me. They have them to try at Wal-Mart. Tired it there for fun and honestly don't see how it would do anything for your arms.

I dont know if I lost inches because of it or because of losing weight BUT I lost 20 lbs and used it during that time...i couldnt walk so i figured it couldnt hurt...and i lost an 1.75 inches off my arms (each arm) i felt like i noticed a huge difference but that being said it was a mix of losing weight and crutches and 30 minutes a day of shake weight....my husband is in the Military and says he feels a nice little burn with it and this kid knows his work outs (how i got so out of shape with him around I'll never know)

    So there's my two cents

The guy who invented it said you can do the same thing with cans of soup.
  • I heard you have to do the exercise programs that it gives you in order to see results. You cant just go shaking it around the house. Certain motions work certain things.

And what does Target have to do with buying the product? I love Target :)

    I like Target too!

Thought, I think your money would be better spent on a small weigh set.
