Hi everybody!

I'm Natalie, 21, from the United Kingdom.

I am currently at 196 pounds, and a size 18, although this has recently come down from round 207 pounds. I am hoping to get down to about 140, as I am only 5'1!

I have been doing a lot more exercise recently which has definitely helped my fitness, and now I have found this website I hope that keeping on top of my calorie intake will make the weight loss much easier!

Have been looking around the forums and I you're all so inspirational! Hopefully soon I will be able to share my success with you all - although I'm sure there will be plenty of tears along the way!

    Hi Natalie,

    Welcome to MFP ... my husband and I have both been logging our calories and upping our exercise which has worked well for us both , we have found it much easier to follow and lose weight than any other 'diets' out there. Hope it works for you too.
