HELP!! Yoplait Triple Berry Smoothie Confusion?!

I am confused....how do you make 110 calorie version of this!!! 1 cup of skim milk is 90 calories. Here is the confusion...the pouch that they give...are you supposed to use half of it or all of it. On the back it says as packaged 70 calories. So...90 (1 cup skim milk) + 35 (half a pouch) = 125 calories....
Please help!

i figured it out i think half a pouch is actually 70 calories....15 cals not bad...but I don't want to go over my caloric intake for the day....i love the smoothies though0

Personally, I make the whole thing. Two servings for me isn't that bad, especially when I work out that day and get more calories back. And I second the above.. an extra ten calories shouldn't be a deal breaker for you.0

one of those fake milk products might do that (almond or soy milk) but I don't cruise the vegan isle so you'd have to check.0

the reason i was asking is because it says on the nutrition panel that when it is prepared its 110 cals. Couldn't figure out the recipe...lol0
