Hello MFP! I was wondering if there is any ladies on here that range between 110-125 pounds.. where are you at NOW, maintenance? Still losing? I was wondering how many calories you take in per day as well and if you eat your exercise calories. I'd love to make new MFP friends with similar goals! Thanks!
*Still trying to figure out what works best for me as far as maintenance cals, I'm still hoping to lose some body fat on my lower body but tone up as well with lean muscle

You just completely made my day. When I read that I forgot how much I weighed and thought " HA! I'm no where near that range." I forgot I'm 126.5. I'm still trying to lose though.0

Hi! I'm 5'3" and weight 125 pounds. I'm still losing because I have a little belly fat to work off (4 kids and 1 was a c-section). I do exercise daily and eat the majority of my exercise calories (I usually eat all but about 100 calories... just in case my calorie count is off... I don't have an hrm so I just go by mfp and the calorie count the elliptical machine gives me...). Feel free to add me as a friend me... Have a great day!0

I'm 5'3" and at 130ish pounds (currently fluctuating daily between 130-132). My goal is to get to 120 (my "lean machine" weight), so I'm definitely not at maintenance yet.
I only started on MFP almost 3 weeks ago, so I'm still adapting MFP's estimates to what my body needs. So far, I have had to bump my net calories up to 1280/day and I do try to eat back most of my exercise calories. The hardest part for me so far is trying to find good estimates on food when I eat out. Lots of local joints around here don't have nutrition info available, so I just estimate based on most comparable national chain that I find in the database or in a Google search. Trying to find time to make more meals so that I can get more control over that part of my life, too.My weight hasn't declined steadily yet, but I'm giving my body time to adjust to this new eating/exercise routine before I fiddle with the calories/day any further.
As far as exercise goes, I haven't worked out regularly in a couple of years (I just finished grad school -- talk about unhealthy eating habits and no time to exercise!!!), so I'm just getting back into shape cardio-wise and slowly adding back in some strength training ~2 nights/week. I get in some heart-pumpingly good exercise over the weekends (burning ~500-700 calories/day) and I aim for a more relaxed ~200 calories burned during the weekdays with 1 night off just because I sometimes work long hours at the office and I just don't have the time.0 -
