New food ideas?

Any new foods you have discovered lately? I am looking for some new ideas as I begin 30 days of clean eats... any input would be GREAT! Here are a few I know of already.... (see blog) http://raeannesisson.com/little-nuggets-that-make-me-smile/

I guess no one has any?? Lol. One of my recent finds is called go picnic. It's a meal in a box, natural, organic.... Easy! It even has dessert too. Yum.0

how about a sweet potato, baked and topped with 1/2 cup black beans, 1oz lowfat cheese, and a side of steamed broccoli.
or
oatmeal for dinner --mix in 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1/2 cup greek yogurt on top
or
an omelet--load up on the veggies, 2 eggs, and 1 oz cheese
or
brown rice --stir fried with 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 cup mixed veggies, 4 oz protein, and 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
or
whole grain pasta --w/ 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 oz parmesan cheese, 1-2 cups broccoli, herbs, and 4 oz protein
or
a grilled cheese sandwich with soup --2 slices hearty bread, 1-2 slices lowfat cheese, a couple slices of tomato and 1 tbsp marinara sauce...assemble and cook in pan with 1 tsp olive oil... served with organic tomato soup0 -
this isn't new, but it's new to me... i love steel cut groats with cocoa powder!
sweet potato fries
i have found that i'm willing to pay 3x as much for organic carrots because the taste is so much better!!!
butternut or acorn squash, cut in halves and baked, sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon.0 -
