Hi everyone!
Does anyone know of any cheap, healthy foods? I don't have a lot of money this month for food, 10€/week (I'm in Spain). I went to the store yesterday and all I was really able to buy was a few fruits and veggies, tuna, juice and rice cakes. I come in less than my calorie goal everyday because I can't afford to eat more. Are there any satifying, cheap healthy foods out there? I refuse to buy junk food! Thanks guys!

    Brown Rice!
Beans (dry are cheaper, but canned are not much more and way easier)
    Tofu
    Eggs
I buy frozen spinach because it doesn't spoil and lasts longer
  • Old fashioned oatmeal.

Maybe drink water instead of juice.

    split peas. (dry)

Lentils, rice, chopped toms, onions can get you along.... Also herbs need herbs... Garlic....

Should be able to make a few meals out of that xx Then treat yourself to chicken or turkey xxx

Oats are good, but only if you are having a good workout xx

Thanks for the suggestions! Not sure if I can handle more water though...I usually average 9 glasses a day.
