I have seen the infomercial for Fluidity several times and liked the looks of it, even if their claims are a little hard to believe. (http://www.fluidity.com)
It looks somewhat easy on the joints but can make the muscles stronger with minimal "force". For those who don't know, I have an auto-immune disease that attacks my muscles. I have pain in my muscles almost on a daily basis and recently my joints have started to hurt. I'm looking for something that will make my muscles stronger (to combat what the disease has done) but not be too intense just yet. I need to do some "repair" before I'm back to where I was a year ago when I could do an Insanity video from start to finish (with some breaks ;P).
Since Fluidity seems pretty expensive......what do you think some alternatives would be? I need specifics please.....i.e. if you say yoga, what specific DVDs would you recommend?
I do REALLY need to get moving again but feel I should ease back into it and going out walking really isn't an option right now. It's getting colder and cold hurts me down to my bones.
EDIT: I looked and Fluidity is a single payment of $294.60!!!!! :noway: Way too much!
