How do you weigh yourself?

Do you weigh yourself by standing with two feet flat on your scale or do you crouch on your toes? Which one is more accurate/effective?

I try to do both on my digital scale but I weigh less when I crouch...

    I weigh myself by jumping up and down on my scale and taking an average of the numbers I see

    Whatever you're comfortable doing. I personally have three scales that I can weigh myself on but I do my official weighing on the scale at the gym. Just make sure you weigh on the same scale every time at the same time of day with the same clothes. The key is be consistent with everything but your weight loss which you want to see lower numbers. So crouch, stand, stand on your head whatever. Don't think it matters.

    This is right - be consistent. No matter how you do it. I tend to crouch as I don't have my contacts in and can hardly see the readout!!:laugh:

    I normally weigh myself at home butt *kitten* naked! I use a digital scale and it seems pretty accurate.

    I would weigh myself naked too but I don't want to scare the neighbors or any animals that are creeping around outside. :bigsmile:
  • I usually weigh myself first thing when i wake up. Every day.

    Sometimes I weigh myself. Workout until I have to poop (TMI sorry). Weigh again to see how much "water weight" I lost while working out. Then I poop...weigh again and add the water weight back on. (to see how much i'd weigh if i had weighed after pooping but before working out).

    I simply cannot poop if i don't workout so it's the only way I can get an "accurate" weigh in without the bulk in my system.
