Hi there!

I have been trying to lose the same 15 pounds for the last 15 years. I got close once - super close. And of course I gained it all back. While I'm fortunate to not have a larger number to conquer, it definitely has been a long war with myself and one I'd like to finish on the smaller side before I hit my mid-40s.

I work from my house, which presents odd challenges as the pantry and the fridge are just feet away instead of a commute away. However, I recently got a new fitness companion (dog) and am ready to create a new lifestyle. I'm here as I'm sure I'll stumble along the way and can definitely use some advice as well as the tools to help me stay accountable.

And away we go!

    I hear you! I have been trying to lose the same amount of weight for what feels like forever. Goodluck with everything! Lets hope we lose the weight.. and keep it off for good!

    Welcome.... I cans relate to the working form home temptations too.... much too easy to take a break from my desk just to stretch my legs and before you know it I'm in the kitchen.... why do we always gravitate to the kitchen?? If I have a busy day running around doing chores I don't even think about food.

    This site will be very helpful.... I have only just joined recently and haven't managed to get the scales moving much yet but the support has been wonderful and I really feel like I am on the right track now.
