New to the site, my daughter shared the app for the phone and this seems like a very supportive group. I have lost approximately 26 pounds since December, but within the past 3 months experienced a decrease in workouts due to a ankle injury. Progressing better and plan on focusing on a increase in cardio and weight training to make a change in these last 3 months of the year.

I have the app on my ipod....it is great because I can log food as I eat it. Best tool I've found in my battle of the bulge!
